Vietnamese Crispy Tofu Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with crispy tofu, crunchy vegetables, and a sweet and sour sauce. This dish is a perfect combination of texture and taste.
Ingredients
- β1 block Crispy Tofuextra-firm tofu, drained and cut into small cubes
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oilfor frying
- β1 medium Onionthinly sliced
- β1 medium Bell Pepperthinly sliced
- β2 medium Carrotpeeled and grated
- β1 cup Snow Peastrimmed and sliced
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauceor to taste
- β1 tablespoon Rice Vinegaror to taste
- β1 tablespoon Honeyor to taste

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to soften.

Add the carrot and snow peas and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.

Add the crispy tofu and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until it is coated with the sauce.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Pour the sauce over the tofu and vegetables.

Stir-fry for another minute, or until the sauce has thickened and the ingredients are well coated.
