Crispy Ukrainian Fried Rice
A twist on traditional fried rice, this Ukrainian-inspired dish adds a crispy twist with crunchy toppings.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Crispy rice
- β2 cups Fried rice
- β1 cup Ukrainian ricottasubstitute with regular ricotta cheese
- β1/2 cup Fried onions
- β2 tbsp Sour cream
- β1 tsp Soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the fried onions and cook for 2 minutes, until crispy.

Add the Ukrainian ricotta and stir to combine.

Add the fried rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Stir in the soy sauce and cook for an additional minute.

Transfer the rice mixture to a serving platter.

Top with crispy rice and a dollop of sour cream.
