Uruguayan Beef Stir-Fry
A flavorful and spicy beef stir-fry inspired by Uruguayan cuisine. Quick to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Uruguayan beef (skirt steak)thinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onionthinly sliced
- β1 medium Bell pepperthinly sliced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βchopped Fresh cilantrofor garnish

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
