Eastern Style Bass Crumble
A flavorful and crispy crumble topping pairs perfectly with the delicate taste of sea bass in this Eastern-inspired dish.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Middle Eastern crumbly bread
- β4 Sea bass filletsFresh and of good quality
- β2 tsp Eastern spicesMix of paprika, sumac, and cumin

- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese
- β1/4 cup Chopped parsley
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the sea bass fillets under cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and season with salt.

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sear the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together the crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt.

In a separate bowl, break the Middle Eastern crumbly bread into small pieces and mix with the Eastern spices.

Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the oven and top each fillet with the crumbly bread mixture and the feta cheese mixture.
