- β4-6 pieces crumbly flatbread (injera)store-bought or homemade
- β4-5 ripe bananasoverripe is better
- β1/4 cup resinous honeyadjust to taste
- β1 tsp ethiopian spice blendstore-bought or homemade
- βpinch saltto taste
- β2 tbsp bale of sesame seedsoptional garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Cut injera into 4-6 pieces, depending on desired size.

In a pan over medium heat, cook bananas until caramelized and golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix together honey, spice blend, and salt.

Brush the honey mixture onto the cooked bananas.

Warm injera pieces in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
