Plantain Crumble Bites
A sweet and savory dessert made with ripe plantains, crumble topping, and a hint of tanginess.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup crumble topping (almond flour, coconut sugar, coconut oil)homemade or store-bought
- ●1/2 cup tangy yogurt (coconut or regular)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and slice the plantains into 1-inch rounds.

Place the plantain slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the honey over the plantains and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

Bake the plantains for 15-20 minutes or until caramelized.

While the plantains are baking, prepare the crumble topping by mixing the almond flour, coconut sugar, and coconut oil in a bowl.
