Uruguayan Prawn Wrap
A quick and flavorful Uruguayan-inspired wrap filled with succulent prawns, crispy onions, and fresh cilantro.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup crumbly cheese
- β1 large onion
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- β1 large flour tortilla
- β1 tablespoon olive oil
- β salt and pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon paprika

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add diced onion and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Add prawns and cook until pink and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Stir in crumbly cheese and cook until melted and smooth.

Warm tortilla by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by placing cooked prawn mixture onto the center of the tortilla, followed by a sprinkle of cilantro and a pinch of paprika.

Fold the bottom half of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap into a tight cylinder.
