Argentinian Beef Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry from Argentina, featuring tender beef and crunchy vegetables. This dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β250g beef stripssirloin or flank steak
- β1 onionthinly sliced
- β1 bell pepperthinly sliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp soy sauceor to taste
- β1 cup crunchy vegetable mixsuch as carrots, zucchini, and snap peas
- β2 tbsp stir-fry oilsuch as vegetable or peanut oil
- β salt and pepperto taste

Heat the stir-fry oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
