Japanese-Style Grilled Tofu with Miso Sauce
Grilled tofu served with a side of savory miso sauce, inspired by Japanese flavors.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp miso pastewhite miso
- β2 tbsp soy saucelow-sodium
- β1 tbsp rice vinegarunseasoned
- β1 tsp gingergrated
- β1 tsp brown sugar
- β1 green onionschopped

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and season with salt.

Grill the tofu for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Meanwhile, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and brown sugar in a small bowl.

Bring the miso sauce to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking constantly.
