Spicy Tibs Stir-Fry
A classic Ethiopian-style stir-fry made with spicy tibs and crunchy vegetables. Serve over a bed of steamed rice for a flavorful and filling meal.
Ingredients
- β1 cup TibsEthiopian-style spicy beef or lamb
- β2 cups Crunchy PakPak choi, chopped
- β2 tablespoons Citrusy ChoChopped citrus-marinated cho (such as bell peppers)
- β1 teaspoon Ethiopian Spice BlendAvailable at most international markets
- β2 tablespoons Olive OilFor sautΓ©ing
- βto taste SaltFor seasoning
- βto taste Black PepperFor seasoning
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 cup OnionChopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh CilantroChopped (optional)
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the tibs and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.

Add the pak and citrusy cho and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the Ethiopian spice blend and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
