Crunchy Barramundi Wrap
A simple and tasty fish wrap recipe with crunchy slaw and fresh herbs. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner or lunch.
Ingredients

- β100g Crunchy slaw
- β2 American wrap
- β100g Corn
- β2 Lime wedges
- β10g Fresh cilantro
- β20g Mayo
- β Salt and pepper

1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

2. Season the barramundi with salt and pepper.

3. Add the barramundi to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.

4. While the fish is cooking, prepare the crunchy slaw by mixing the corn, crunchy slaw, and fresh cilantro.

5. Warm the American wraps in the microwave or in a dry pan.

6. Assemble the wraps by placing a cooked barramundi fillet on the bottom half of the wrap, followed by the crunchy slaw mixture.
