Crunchy Italian Cheese Fritters
A crispy and cheesy Italian-inspired snack filled with crunchy texture.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- β1/2 cup Crumbly parmesan cheese
- β1/4 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
- β2 large EggsBeaten
- β1 tablespoon Milk
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β2 tablespoons Fresh parsleyChopped
- β1/4 cup Crunchy chopped onion

1. In a large bowl, combine Italian breadcrumbs, crumbly parmesan cheese, and grated mozzarella cheese.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together beaten eggs and milk.

3. Add the egg mixture to the breadcrumb mixture and stir until well combined.

4. Stir in salt and chopped parsley.

5. Add crunchy chopped onion and mix until evenly distributed.

6. Using a spoon, drop small balls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Flatten each ball slightly into a disk shape.

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
