King Prawn and Crunchy Vegetable Crumble

- β1 cup kenyan (1)
- β1 medium onion (1)
- β3 cloves garlic (3)
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 tbsp lemon juice

Rinse the prawns and pat dry with paper towels.
