Crumble Topped Poblano Casserole
A delicious casserole combining the flavors of Mexico with a crunchy topping. This recipe serves 4-6 people and can be prepared in about an hour.

- β3 cloves Garlic
- β6 Crunchy Corn Tortillas
- β1 cup Crumble
- β1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- β1/2 cup Salsa
- β1/4 cup Cilantro

Roast the poblano peppers in the oven for 30 minutes, then peel and chop.
