Pan-Seared Lamb Kebabs
A simple lamb dish served with a crunchy side, inspired by Norwegian cuisine.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shoulder, cut into kebab piecesMake sure to pat dry with paper towels before cooking
- β100ml Norwegian-style stir-fry sauceYou can also use store-bought soy sauce as a substitute
- β1/2 cup Crunchy fried onionsYou can use store-bought or make your own
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley, choppedGarnish
- β2 Lemon wedgesServe on the side
- β Salt and pepperTo taste
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing the lamb

Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

Season the lamb pieces with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Sear the lamb pieces until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the lamb to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the stir-fry sauce in the same pan over medium heat.

Add the crunchy fried onions and cook until crispy.

To serve, place the lamb kebabs on a plate, top with the stir-fry sauce mixture, and garnish with parsley.
