Snapper Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry dish made with snapper and crunchy vegetables. Serve over a bed of rice for a filling meal.
Ingredients
- β2 fillets snapper
- β2 tablespoons fry
- β1 cup crunchypeeled and chopped carrots, bell peppers
- β1/4 cup pepperlysliced
Instructions

Heat the fry in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the snapper fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

Remove the snapper from the skillet and set aside.

Add the crunchy vegetables to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until slightly tender.

Return the snapper to the skillet and stir in the pepperly.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the snapper is coated in the pepperly sauce.
