Soya Bean Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry made with soya and bean, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons Soya sauce
- β1 cup Bean sproutsfresh or frozen
- β1 cup Crunchy vegetablesbell peppers, carrots, onions
- β1 tablespoon Grapeseed oil
- β1 teaspoon Stir fry spice blend
- β1 cup Bean stir fry mix
- β1/4 cup Chopped green onionsoptional

Instructions

Heat the grapeseed oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the bean sprouts and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.

Add the crunchy vegetables and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until tender.

Add the stir fry spice blend and stir to combine.

Add the soya sauce and bean stir fry mix. Stir to combine.

Cook for a further 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
