Tempeh Gratin with Crunchy Canadian Crust

- β1 package (8 oz) tempehcrumbled
- β1 cup Canadian all-purpose flourfor crust
- β2 tbsp crunchy peanut butterfor crust
- β1 tsp spicy mustardfor crust
- β1 cup grated cheddar cheesefor gratin
- β1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheesefor gratin
- β1/4 cup chopped scallionsfor garnish
- βto taste salt and pepperfor seasoning

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a medium bowl, mix together flour, peanut butter, and mustard to form crust mixture.

Press crust mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together tempeh, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Spread tempeh mixture over crust mixture.
