Polish Beef Stew
A hearty beef stew with a crunchy twist, inspired by traditional polish cuisine. This recipe is perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β1 pound (450g) Beef
- β2 medium Crunchy Carrots
- β1 pound (450g) Polish Sausage
- β2 medium Spicy Potatoes
- β1 large Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 cups (475ml) Beef Broth
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown the beef on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Add the sausage to the pot and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the carrots, potatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.

Return the beef to the pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, until the meat is tender, about 2 hours.
