Pan-Seared Pork Burger

- β4 slices Cured hamoptional
- β4 Burger bunstoasted
- β1 cup Wok-fried onionssee instructions
- β1/4 cup Ketchupfor serving
- β1/4 cup Mayonnaisefor serving
- β2 cups Cheddar cheeseshredded
- β4 leaves Lettucefor serving
- β2 Tomatofor serving
- β2 slices Picklesfor serving

Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
