Dark Chocolate Crunchy Noodle Bites
A sweet and crunchy snack made with dark chocolate and crunchy malaysian noodles.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- ●1 tablespoon Rye Flour

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

In a large bowl, combine the crunchy noodles and rye flour.

Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate over the noodle mixture and stir until well combined.

Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
