Traditional Moroccan Mrouzia Dessert

- β1 cup HoneyYou can adjust the amount of honey to your taste.

- β1 cup Unsweetened Almond MilkYou can use other types of milk like coconut milk or soy milk.
- β1/4 cup PistachiosChopped pistachios can add a nice crunch to the dessert.

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, almonds, dark chocolate chips, coconut flakes, cinnamon, ginger, honey, salt, and pistachios. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and smooth out the top.

Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until it's lightly golden brown.

Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Pour the unsweetened almond milk over the top of the mixture and let it sit for 5-10 minutes or until the liquid is fully absorbed.
