Dark Chocolate Dumplings
A rich, indulgent dessert featuring Ukrainian-style dumplings filled with dark chocolate. Perfect for a cold winter night.
Ingredients

- β1 cup dark chocolate chipsat least 60% cocoa
- β1 cup sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1/4 cup milk
- β4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.

2. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

3. Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces.

4. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten it slightly into a disk shape.

5. Place a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips in the center of each disk.

6. Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-circle shape and press the edges together to seal.

7. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the dumplings for 5-7 minutes or until they float to the surface.
