Spanish Paella with Chicken
A classic Spanish dish made with chicken, saffron-infused rice, and vegetables. Perfect for a hearty and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Dark Spanish Chickenboneless, skinless
- β2 cups Roasted Spanish Riceuncooked
- β Paella Panlarge, oven-safe
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 medium Tomatodiced
- β1 can Artichoke Heartsdrained, chopped
- β1 medium Red Bell Peppersliced
- β1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Heat olive oil in paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove chicken from pan and set aside.

Add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper to pan and cook until tender.

Add tomato, smoked paprika, and artichoke hearts to pan and cook for 2 minutes.

Add rice to pan and stir to coat with oil.

Add chicken broth to pan and bring to a boil.

Add chicken back to pan and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes.
