Teque Fritters with Australian Dipping Sauce
Crispy Teque fritters paired with a refreshing dipping sauce from Australia, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

- β1/2 cup Australian flourall-purpose
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 Eggbeaten
- β1/2 cup Oniondiced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Dashingto taste
- βto taste Salt

In a bowl, mix together teque, flour, egg, onion, garlic, and dashing.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Using a spoon, drop the teque mixture into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
