Saudiarabian Date and Tofu Tagine

Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) tofupressed and drained
- β1 cup (pitted and chopped) date
- β1/4 cup (chopped chewyalmonds or pine nuts
- β1 tsp saudiarabianground cinnamon
- β2 tbsp (olive oil) tagine
- β2 cups water
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Heat the tagine over medium heat.

Add the chewy and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the dates, water, saudiarabian, salt, and black pepper.
