Teque and Uruguayan Os Wrap
A unique Chinese-inspired dish featuring teque and Uruguayan os wrapped in a night-flavored os wrap.
Ingredients
- β1 cup tequesliced into thin strips
- β1 cup Uruguayan ossliced into thin strips
- β4-6 wraps night-flavored os wrapavailable in most supermarkets
- β1 cup datechopped
- β1 tsp culturedfor flavor enhancement
Instructions

1. In a large pan, heat 1 tsp of oil over medium heat.

2. Add the sliced teque and Uruguayan os to the pan and cook until lightly browned.

3. Add the chopped date and cooked teque-os mixture to the pan and stir well.

4. Warm the night-flavored os wraps according to package instructions.

5. Spoon the teque-date mixture onto the center of each os wrap.

6. Fold the bottom half of the os wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrap to form a neat package.
