- ●150g Jelly
- ●2 tablespoons Night
- ●to taste Spices (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Rinse the dates and remove any pits. Cut them into small pieces.

In a large bowl, mix together the dates, sugar, and jelly.

Add the night and mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a 20cm (8 inch) round baking dish.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
