Sweet Potato and Pilaf Peruvian-Style Casserole

- ●1 medium Sweet Oniondiced
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1/2 cup Goat Cheesecrumbly
- ●1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- ●2 tbsp Lime Juicefresh
