Brazilian Chicken Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy chicken dish inspired by Brazilian cuisine, made with chicken breast, stir-fried vegetables, and a hint of cumin.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β1 medium Bell pepperchopped
- β1 medium Tomatochopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Cuminground
- β1 teaspoon Paprikaground
- β1/2 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepperto taste
- β2 tablespoons Coconut oilfor stir-frying

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes per side.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the skillet.

Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and tomato to the skillet.

Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
