Spanish Pa Amb Tomaquet
Traditional Spanish dish made with crusty bread, fresh tomatoes, and garlic.
Ingredients
- β1 loaf crusty bread
- β2 medium tomaquetripe and flavorful
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- βto taste salt

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices.

3. Drizzle olive oil on the bread slices and sprinkle with salt.

4. Bake the bread slices in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy.

5. While the bread is baking, mix the minced garlic with a pinch of salt in a bowl.

6. Once the bread is done, remove it from the oven and rub the garlic mixture onto each slice.

7. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on top of the bread slices.

8. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top of the tomatoes and sprinkle with salt.
