Decadent Lo Mein
A rich and savory Chinese-inspired noodle dish loaded with vegetables and meat. Perfect for a comforting evening meal.
Ingredients
- β1 package Lo Mein Noodles
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 cup Shredded Carrots
- β1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- β1 cup Diced Bell Peppers
- β1/2 pound Ground Pork
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- β1/4 cup Scallions
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions

Cook Lo Mein Noodles according to package instructions.

Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add Ground Pork and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add Shredded Carrots, Sliced Mushrooms, and Diced Bell Peppers to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, and cooked Lo Mein Noodles to the skillet. Stir-fry everything together.

Transfer the noodle mixture to a serving platter. Garnish with Scallions and Sesame Seeds.
