Grilled Kenyan Tempeh

- β1 block tempehmarinated in soy sauce and lime juice
- β1 medium onionsliced
- β1 medium bell peppersliced
- β1 medium tomatochopped
- β grillfor cooking
- β2 tablespoons lime juicemarinade
- β1 tablespoon soy saucemarinade
- β1 tablespoon coconut oilfor brushing
