Baked Epoisses Gratin
A rich and creamy Dutch-style baked Epoisses cheese gratin, perfect for a decadent dinner. Serve with crusty bread for a comforting meal.

- β8 oz Epoisses cheese
- β1 cup Heavy cream
- β2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- β2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 sprig Fresh thyme
- β1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- β1 Gratin dish

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Butter the gratin dish and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the flour and whisk to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Slowly pour in the heavy cream, whisking continuously.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in the Epoisses cheese until melted and smooth.
