Decadent Smoked Trout Poutine
A rich and indulgent twist on the classic Canadian dish, featuring smoked trout and a side of creamy cheese sauce.

- β100g cheddar cheese
- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 cup beef broth
- β4 cups french fries
- β1 cup scallionschopped

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the French fries into 1-inch pieces and place on a baking sheet.
