Irish Sausage Hash
A hearty, spicy Irish-inspired dish made with sausage and hash.

- β1 cup Hash brownShredded
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β1 medium Bell pepperChopped
- β1 tsp Garlic powderTo taste
- β1 tsp SaltTo taste
- β1 tsp Black pepperTo taste

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced Irish sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
