Japanese Keto Chicken Gyoza
Crispy fried Japanese gyoza filled with chicken and served with a side of soy sauce for dipping.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breast
- β20-25 wrappers gyoza wrappers
- β1/2 cup green onions
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon sesame oil
- β2 cloves garlic
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- βfor frying avocado oil

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Place a gyoza wrapper on a flat surface. Place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper.

Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle and press the edges together to seal the gyoza.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

When the oil is hot, add a few of the gyoza to the pan (do not overcrowd). Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Remove the gyoza from the oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve the gyoza hot with a side of soy sauce for dipping.
