Indian-Style Chicken Skewers
Tender and flavorful chicken skewers marinated in a blend of Indian spices, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g Chicken breastCut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tbsp Moroccan olive oil
- β2 tsp Cumin powder
- β1 tsp Coriander powder
- β1 tsp Garam masala powder
- β1 tsp Red chili powder
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 cup Yogurt
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1-inch piece GingerGrated
- βchopped (for garnish) Cilantro

In a large bowl, whisk together cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Add the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger to the bowl and mix until smooth.

Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and mix until they are well coated with the marinade.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
