Turkish Pasta Fritters
Crispy fried pasta snacks with a Turkish twist. This recipe is perfect as a quick snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Pasta (any shape)
- β1/2 cup Deep-frying oil
- β1 tsp Turkish seasoning
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

2. Drain and set aside to cool.

3. In a bowl, mix together cooled pasta, Turkish seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

4. Using your hands, shape the pasta mixture into small patties.

5. Heat the deep-frying oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

6. When the oil is hot, add the pasta patties and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

7. Remove the fritters from the oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
