Beef Samosas
A traditional Malaysian dish with a crispy pastry wrapped around a flavorful beef filling.

- β1 medium Onion
- β2 inches Ginger
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- β1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- β1 package (frozen or homemade) Pastry
- β1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- βto taste Salt

Instructions

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 375Β°F.

Combine ground beef, onion, ginger, cilantro, lime juice, and garam masala in a bowl.

Mix well and set aside.

Unfold pastry and cut into triangles.

Place 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the center of each pastry triangle.
