Delicate Chicken Paella
A traditional Spanish dish with a delicate twist, featuring chicken and Basque rice.
Ingredients

- β1 pound Delicate chicken breast
- β2 cups Chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Diced tomatoes
- β1 teaspoon Paprika
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Add the Basque rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
