Crispy Turkish Chicken Kebabs

- β500g chicken breastcut into kebab-sized pieces
- β2 tbsp delicate olive oilfor brushing kebabs
- β1 head crisp lettucefor serving
- β2 tsp turkish spicescontaining paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper
- β1 tbsp lemon juicefor marinade
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp saltfor seasoning

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (180Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and turkish spices.

Add chicken to the marinade and mix well.

Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
