Crispy Pork Mu Shu
A classic Chinese-inspired dish featuring crispy pork and delicate pancakes.
Ingredients
- β1 lb pork shoulderthinly sliced
- β4-6 mu shu pancakes
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 bunch scallionschopped
- β2 inches gingergrated
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- β1 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tbsp shaoxing wine
- β1 cup crispy noodleschopped
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sliced pork and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

4. Add the chopped scallions, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

5. Add the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and Shaoxing wine. Stir to combine.

6. Return the cooked pork to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.

7. Warm the mu shu pancakes according to package instructions.

8. Assemble the mu shu by placing a few slices of the pork mixture onto a pancake, followed by a sprinkle of chopped crispy noodles and a drizzle of hoisin sauce.
