Crispy Chicken Fritters

- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β1 cup crispy breadcrumbs
- β1/2 cup greek yogurt
- β1 egg
- β1 teaspoon dried oregano
- β1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 cup delicate olive oil

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a bowl, mix together the flour, crispy breadcrumbs, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

In another bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt and egg.

Add the chicken breast to the yogurt mixture and mix well.

Add the chicken mixture to the flour mixture and mix until just combined.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small fritters.

Carefully place the fritters into the hot oil.
