Cauliflower and Potato Curry

Ingredients
- β1 head cauliflowerbroken into florets
- β2 medium aloo (potatoes)diced
- β2 tbsp gobi (cauliflower paste)
- β2 tbsp ghee or vegetable oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp garam masala
- β1/2 tsp turmeric
- β1/2 tsp cumin powder
- β1/2 tsp coriander powder
- βto taste salt
- β1 cup water

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add cauliflower, potatoes, garam masala, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, until the vegetables are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
