Slovakian Pork Wrap
A hearty Slovakian-inspired dish featuring tender pork, crunchy vegetables, and a side of tangy slaw, all wrapped up in a crispy wrap.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulder
- β1 medium Delicate onions
- β4-6 Wrap
- β2 Slovakian peppers
- β1/2 pound Dense sausage
- β1 head Cabbage
- β1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- β1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

2. Slice the pork shoulder into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.

3. Grill the pork for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, slice the onions and peppers into thin strips.

5. Grill the onions and peppers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until tender.

6. Slice the sausage into thin rounds and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

7. Warm the wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
