Delicate Bison Sliders
A unique twist on the classic slider, featuring tender bison meat and a delicate flavor profile.
Ingredients

- β4-6 delicate brioche bunspreferably day-old
- β4 slices american cheddar cheesethinly sliced
- β4 slices baconthinly sliced
- β1 medium onionthinly sliced
- β1 head lettucechopped
- β2 medium tomatothinly sliced
- β1/4 cup mayonnaisemayo or bison aioli
- βto taste saltpreferably flaky sea salt
- βto taste pepperfreshly ground
- β1/2 teaspoon garlic powderoptional

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine bison ground meat, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

3. Divide meat into 4-6 portions, depending on desired slider size.

4. Grill meat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

5. Meanwhile, toast brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster.

6. Assemble sliders with a cooked patty, 1-2 slices of cheese, 1-2 slices of bacon, 1/4 cup of lettuce, 1/4 cup of tomato, and a dollop of mayonnaise.
