Korean Delicate Jelly Bowl
A light and refreshing dessert inspired by Korean flavors, featuring a delicate floral jelly in a beautiful bowl.
Ingredients
- β1 sheet Gelatin
- β1 cup Granulated Sugar
- β1 cup Water
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- β1 teaspoon Green Tea Leaves
- β1/2 teaspoon Delicate Floral Extract
- β1/4 teaspoon Korean Chili Flakes (optional)
- β1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves (for garnish)

Soak the gelatin sheets in water for 5 minutes.

In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, water, lemon juice, green tea leaves, and delicate floral extract.

Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.

Add the soaked gelatin to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

Strain the mixture into a bowl and let it cool to room temperature.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or until set.

Just before serving, sprinkle the Korean chili flakes (if using) on top of the jelly.
