Grilled Trout A La Germania
A traditional German dish featuring delicate, fresh trout, marinated in a blend of herbs and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets Fresh TroutDelicate, fresh, Croatian fish
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Dill
- β1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Pepper

1. Rinse the trout fillets under cold water, pat dry with paper towels.

2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the trout fillets in a shallow dish and brush the marinade on both sides of the fish.

4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

6. Remove the trout from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.
