Cured Korean Hangover Soup (Haejangguk)
A spicy, savory soup to cure a hangover. This recipe combines cured pork, vegetables, and jjigae for a hearty meal.

- β100g Cured pork (Samgyeopsal)Thinly sliced
- β2 tsp Delicate Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β1/2 tsp PepperBlack pepper
- β2 tbsp Jjigae (Korean chili paste)
- β1-inch piece GingerSliced
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1/4 cup Green onionsChopped
- β2 sheets Dried kelp (Korean dashima)Optional

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.

Add the cured pork and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chili flakes, pepper, jjigae, ginger, and garlic. Stir well.
